I just wanted to share a really special picture I took over the holidays...
This is Edie and Grandma, my mom's mom... and yes, this nearly 88 year old woman is curled up on the floor with my daughter -- on purpose. She's pretty amazing! Her other great-grandma was there also, but she's not quite limber enough to roll around on the floor...

I love this picture. Edie is so darling. It's wonderful that she has so many of her relatives still around to see her!
Well that insanely expensive education didn't go completely to waste. Great composition and artistic sensibility. Seriously, that's an enormously moving photo. It was a great gift to share it.
I've just been reading through your blog - what a cutie Edie is. Mom doesn't look so bad either!
Gosh!! It was so nice catching up with you and your little bundle of joy! All the pics were wonderful but I especially like the one of Edie with her Grandmother~ I have one of my son when he was that age with my mother's mother and I still treasure it :) Again, wonderful to hear from you again! :)
